USE
The control unit of the appliance is located on the inside. Check that the thermostat is set to [MIN]. Check that the voltage
corresponds with the voltage stated on the informaon plate and insert the plug in the socket.
Adjusng the temperature
By means of the thermostat you are able to switch on the appliance and change the temperature in the freezer. The possible
posions of the thermostat:
MIN maximum temperature, the least cold
NORMAL opmum temperature
MAX minimum temperature, the most cold
Set the temperature with the thermostat knob and select a posion between MIN and MAX. We recommend seng the
appliance to posion NORMAL. The appliance will now cool connuously unl the set temperature has been reached. Allow the
appliance to reach the set temperature, before lling it with food. Usually this will take 2 to 3 hours. Aer that, you can set the
thermostat to the required posion and ll the appliance with food.
To switch o the appliance, set the thermostat to the [MIN] posion and remove the plug from the socket.
Recommended temperature seng
The ambient temperature aects the operaon of the compressor. To prevent the compressor from running connuously
(in the summer) or not switching on at all (in the winter), we recommend adjusng the thermostat to the ambient temperature.

The ambient temperature, the frequency of opening the door and the posion of the appliance have an eect on
the
temperature in the appliance. Take this into account when seng the thermostat.
• Do not place hot food in the appliance.
• You should never place hazardous, highly ammable or explosive substances such as alcohol, acetone or petrol
in the appliance, because there will be a hazard of explosion.
• Carefully package meat and sh to prevent unpleasant smells.
• Do not place food against the rear wall of the appliance.
• Leave sucient space between the dierent foods, to allow the air to circulate properly.
• Do not leave the door open for longer than necessary.
