• Please read the instrucons carefully and completely before
operang this appliance and retain for future use.
• The appliance is intended solely for domesc use within the home.
• Always use baeries which corresponds with the voltage printed
on the boom of the appliance.
• Cauon! Do not stand on the outer edge to one side of the scale
otherwise it may p!
• An electrical appliance is not a toy and should therefore always
be placed outside of the reach of children. Children are not
always able to understand potenal risks. Teach children
a responsible handling of electrical appliances.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilies,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• If possible, always weigh yourself at the same me of day
(preferably in the morning), aer using the toilet, on an empty
stomach and unclothed, in order to achieve comparable results.
• Stand on the scale without moving and with equal weight
distribuon on both feet!
• Do not stand on the scale with wet feet and do not step
on the scale when its surface is wet - danger of slipping!
• Minor deviaons are normal. When you drink 1 glass of water for
example a dierence of 300 grams can occur.
• Protect the scale against hard knocks, moisture, dust, chemicals,
major temperature uctuaons and heat sources which are too
close (stove, heang radiators).
• Always ensure that the scale is placed on a at, stable surface
and only use it indoors.
