8Belangrijke acties en instellingen

U zult uw tolino vaak gaan gebruiken als u onderweg bent en het zou zomaar

kunnen gebeuren dat u hem ergens onbeheerd achterlaat. Daarom wordt

aanbevolen dat u uw tolino beveiligt tegen ongeautoriseerd gebruik door

middel van een cijferslot. Informatie over hoe u dit doet, evenals andere

belangrijke maatregelen, wordt in dit hoofdstuk gegeven. U zult bijvoorbeeld te

weten komen hoe u uw tolino bij kunt werken, stroom kunt besparen en,

indien nodig, de fabrieksinstellingen kunt terugzetten.

8.1Een cijferslot instellen

Net zoals op elke waardevolle PC of smartphone, kunt u uw tolino

beschermen tegen misbruik. Daarvoor moet u een cijfercode aanmaken die u

moet invoeren nadat u uw tolino hebt ingeschakeld of wakker maakt. Alleen

dan kunt u hem gebruiken. Dit is vergelijkbaar met het invoeren van een

wachtwoord na het opstarten van uw PC.

. Selecteer Instellingen in het menu.

. Tik op de pagina Instellingen op Cijferslot.

. Daarna opent het systeem de pagina Cijferslot. Tik op de schakelaar

om het cijferslot te activeren.
