8.2Den tolino aktualisieren

Im Kern ist auch Ihr tolino nur ein kleiner Computer, der darauf spezialisiert ist,

Ihnen Ihren Lesesto bereitzustellen. Als Computer besteht er also aus Hard-

und Software. Und wie es mit Software nun einmal ist, muss sie von Zeit zu

Zeit aktualisiert werden. Das Betriebssystem Ihres tolino wird dann erneuert,

und es werden z.B. Fehler behoben oder neue Funktionen bereitgestellt.

. In der Regel sucht der tolino die Aktualisierung ohne Ihr Zutun. Wenn

Sie manuell nach Updates schauen wollen, tippen Sie im Menü auf

den Eintrag Informationen und Hilfe. Auf der folgenden Seite sehen

Sie im oberen Bereich unter Softwareversion die installierte Version.

Klicken Sie im Bereich Software auf die Schaltäche Nach neuer

Version suchen.

Die Prüfung auf Updates dauert einen kleinen Moment; anschließend

wird Ihnen ein Dialogfenster angezeigt.
