3.13 Terugbellen bij bezet (intern)
De faciliteit terugbellen bij bezet geeft u de mogelijkheid om gewaarschuwd te worden als een
intern bezet toestel weer vrij is.
Let op! Deze faciliteit werk alleen als u bezettoon hoort! Dit is mede afhankelijk van de faciliteit 2

interne oproepen (zie hfdst. 3.14)

3.14 Aankloppen (ontvangen/blokkeren)
Aankloppen betekent dat u kunt kiezen of u, als u bezet bent, een 2
e
gesprek wilt ontvangen .

oproepen kunnen op toestelbasis worden geprogrammeerd en apart voor interne en
externe gesprekken. Standaard staat deze faciliteit ingeschakeld.
Tip! De systeembeheerder kan per buitenlijn aangeven of 2
e
oproepen moeten binnenkomen in
het geval dat er meerdere toestellen voor hetzelfde telefoonnummer signaleren. Informeer
indien nodig bij uw systeembeheerder.
Intern aankloppen
Als u intern aankloppen heeft ingeschakeld, dan hoort u een aankloptoon als indicatie dat er
een gesprek achter uw toestel staat. De partij die achter uw toestel wacht hoort vrijtoon.
Als u intern aankloppen heeft uitgeschakeld, dan hoort u niets. De partij die het toestel belt
hoort in gesprek toon.
Extern aankloppen
Als u extern aankloppen heeft ingeschakeld, dan hoort u een alert toon als indicatie dat er een
extern gesprek achter uw toestel staat. De externe partij die achter het toestel wacht hoort
vrijtoon. Als u externe extern aankloppen heeft uitgeschakeld, dan hoort u niets. De externe
partij die het toestel belt hoort in gesprek toon.
