Vanuit het menu Favoriet opent u de functies SMS, Walkie-Talkie en Beveiliging. Met de functie SMS kunnen
tekstberichten verstuurd en ontvangen worden. Met de functie Walkie-Talkie kunnen twee handsets worden
gebruikt als Walkie-Talkies. De beveiligingsfunctie laat uw telefoon functioneren als een beveiligingssensor.
Met het SMS-menu maakt, stuurt, bekijkt en bewaart
u berichten. Om de SMS-functie te kunnen gebruiken
moet u het nummer van de server instellen vóór
gebruik.
Nummer SMS-service instellen
Voor het versturen van berichten is het nummer van
de SMS-server vereist. Dit nummer is afhankelijk van
uw netwerkleverancier.
U stelt het nummer van de server als volgt in:
1. Druk op de toets SMS om de opties van
het SMS-menu weer te geven.
Of druk op de toets Menu om de opties
van het hoofdmenu weer te geven,
Druk net zo vaak op de pijltjestoets
INT of tot de optie Favoriet in het
display verschijnt en bevestig met de toets
Kies. Selecteer vervolgens optie 1:SMS
met de pijltjestoets of . Bevestig
uw keuze met de toets Kies.
2. Druk net zo vaak op de pijltjestoets of
tot optie 5:SMS instelling in het
display verschijnt en druk op de toets
Kies.
3. Druk op de pijltjestoets of tot optie
1:SMS server 1 in het display verschijnt
en druk op de toets Kies.
4. Voer het server nummer in voor het
verzenden van SMS berichten met de
numerieke toetsen. U kunt maximaal
16 cijfers invoeren. (In Nederland met KPN
Telecom: 0673644444, in Belgie met
BELGACOM: 171700)
5. Voor het invoeren van SMS server 2
herhaalt u de stappen 1 en 2. Druk op de
pijltjestoets of tot optie 2:SMS
server 2 in het display verschijnt en druk
op de toets Kies. Voer nu het server-
nummer in voor het ontvangen van SMS
berichten. U kunt hier ook maximaal 16
cijfers invoeren. (In Nederland met KPN
Telecom: 0673644444, in Belgie met
BELGACOM: 01717)
6. Druk op de toets OK om de instelling op te
slaan. Druk op de verbreken toets om
terug te keren naar de stand-by stand.
Outbox
In de Outbox van uw handset kunnen de laatste 30
uitgaande tekstberichten opgeslagen worden. Als er
een oproep binnenkomt terwijl u een bericht opstelt,
wordt het bericht automatisch opgeslagen in de
Outbox zodat u het bericht verder kunt bewerken na
het telefoongesprek.
Berichten die zijn opgeslagen in de Outbox kunnen
opnieuw bekeken en/of verzonden worden.
U bekijkt een bericht in de Outbox als volgt:
1. Druk op de toets SMS om de opties van
het SMS-menu weer te geven.
Of druk op de toets Menu om de opties
van het hoofdmenu weer te geven.
Druk net zo vaak op de pijltjestoets
INT of tot de optie Favoriet in het
display verschijnt en bevestig met kies.
Selecteer vervolgens optie 1:SMS met de
pijltjestoets of . Bevestig uw keuze
met de toets Kies.
