Persönliche Informationen können Sie direkt in das Gerät diktieren. Sprechen Sie Ihre Info
während eingeschalteter Telefonbereitschaft auf, können andere Personen diese Nachricht über
die Fernabfrage abrufen. Ihr Gerät wird so zum elektronischen Briefkasten.
1. Taste bzw. drücken, um
„Diktat/Info" auszuwählen.
2. Taste drücken.
3. Taste drücken.
Mit jedem Tastendruck wechselt die Anzeige
zwischen den möglichen Funktionen.
In der Anzeige erscheint „Aufnahme".
Sprechen Sie jetzt Ihre Information auf.
Die Aufnahme wird beendet.
Die Leuchtdiode blinkt.

Nachrichtenweitermeldung
Bei der Telefonbereitschaft mit Nachrichtenweitermeldung wählt Ihr tiptel 193 nach einer
Aufzeichnung automatisch eine gespeicherte Rufnummer an. Ist der Anschluß besetzt, so wird
alle 60 Sekunden (4 mal) eine automatische Wahlwiederholung durchgeführt. Meldet sich der
angrufene Teilnehmer nicht innerhalb von 50 Sekunden, so wird die Anwahl abgebrochen. Folgt
der Zielrufnummer das Zeichen ”#”, so reduziert sich diese Zeit auf 1 Sekunde. Meldet sich der
angerufene Teilnehmer, so hört er die Festansage:
„Automatischer Anruf, Teilnehmer (eigene Rufnummer), X Aufzeichnungen. bitte fernabfragen.
Ich wiederhole..."
Wird die Fernabfrage nicht durchgeführt, so wird alle 20 Minuten (2mal) ein Erinnerungsanruf
durchgeführt.
Sammelbenachrichtigung
Möchten sie zuerst mehrere Aufzeichnungen sammeln. bevor die Nachrichtenweitermeldung
ausgeführt wird, so geben Sie die Anzahl der gewünschten Aufzeichnungen vor (s. Kapitel
„Nachrichtenweitermeldung einstellen").
