Uhr steht Ihnen beim Erreichen dieser beiden Ziele zur Seite. Mithilfe der Diet Diary-
(Ernährungskalender-) Funktion können Sie Informationen über Ihre Ernährung speichern, um sich so selbst
in die Verantwortung nehmen zu können. Der Gehsensor zeichnet automatisch jeden Ihrer Schritte auf und
berechnet die zurückgelegte Gesamtentfernung sowie Ihren täglichen Kalorienverbrauch.
Diese Informationen können Ihnen beim Kontrollieren Ihres Gewichts helfen und lassen Sie sehen, dass Sie
eine immer weitere Entfernung zurücklegen, und sich so selbst dazu motivieren, jede Woche noch mehr zu

Health Tracker
rappresenta uno strumento eccezionale per aiutare chi lo usa a
raggiungere questi obiettivi. Il suo Diario della dieta memorizza informazioni su quello che l’utente mangia,
responsabilizzandolo. Il suo Sensore del cammino registra automaticamente ogni passo fatto dall’utente e poi
calcola la distanza totale coperta e le calorie bruciate.
Disporre di queste informazioni dà potere, e permette di assumere il controllo del proprio peso; e vedere le

Il sensore del cammino rileva lo spostamento attraverso il naturale movimento oscillatorio del braccio. Per
ottenere i risultati migliori, durante le camminate o la corsa lasciare oscillare liberamente il braccio che
