Uw herstelsnelheid geeft de verandering in uw hartslag over een
tijdsperiode weer. Uw digitale hartslagmonitor registreert de verandering
in uw hartslag over een periode van 1 of 2 minuten. De duur van de
hersteltijd instellen:
1. Druk op MODE totdat RECOVER (herstellen) verschijnt.
2. Houd STOP/RESET/SET ingedrukt om de laatste hartslagherstelwaarde
zo nodig te wissen.
3. Druk op STOP/RESET/SET om tussen een hersteltijd van 1 en 2
minuten te wisselen.
Terwijl de chronograaf loopt, begint de herstelhartslagtimer automatisch te
lopen nadat STOP/RESET/SET is ingedrukt als het horloge gegevens van
de digitale hartslagsensor ontvangt.
OPMERKING: Het horloge kan alleen herstel registreren als het een
hartslag en geldige pols van de digitale hartslagsensor ontvangt. Zonder
een hartslag of als de hartslag aan het einde hoger is dan aan het begin,
staat er NO REC (geen herstel) op het display.
Handmatig een herstelhartslag bepalen
U kunt een herstelhartslag ook handmatig starten zonder de chronograaf
te stoppen door de volgende stappen te volgen.
1. Druk op MODE totdat RECOVER (herstellen) verschijnt.
2. Houd STOP/RESET/SET ingedrukt om de laatste hartslagherstelwaarde
zo nodig te wissen.

Informatie over herstelhartslag
Hartslagherstel geeft een indicatie van fitness- en trainingsniveau.
Naarmate u in betere conditie komt, hoort uw hartslag aan het einde van
uw training sneller naar een lagere hartslagwaarde terug te keren, wat op
een hoger niveau van cardiovasculaire fitness duidt.

Een lagere herstelsnelheid kan tevens op de noodzaak duiden om
de training te onderbreken vanwege vermoeidheid, ziekte of andere
factoren.
