Para parar, pulse A (START/STOP). Todas las manecillas se inmovilizan.
Para continuar, pulse A (START/STOP), o para reiniciar (desde cero) el
cronógrafo, pulse B (SPLIT/RESET).
Cuando se reinicia el cronógrafo, todas las manecillas se ponen en cero.
Después de otros ocho segundos, el reloj continúa mostrando normal-
mente la hora de la segunda zona horaria.
Con el cronógrafo en marcha, pulse B (SPLIT/RESET) para tomar un
intervalo. Todas las manecillas se inmovilizan mientras el cronógrafo
sigue en marcha. Pulse B nuevamente para seguir viendo el tiempo
transcurrido del cronógrafo en marcha.
aro giratorio
El aro giratorio puede ser utilizado para medir
un intervalo de tiempo.
Para medir un intervalo de tiempo, sólo gire el aro
contador en sentido horario (hacia la izquierda)
hasta que el minutero quede alineado con la
marca del cero. De aquí en adelante, el minutero
con respecto a la marca del cero en el aro indicará
el total de minutos que han transcurrido.
Por ejemplo, ajuste el aro exterior hasta que la
marca del cero (triángulo) quede alineada con el minutero cuando usted
quiera empezar a cronometrar un evento. El minutero indicará en el aro
externo el tiempo transcurrido de dicho evento.

4) Pulse la corona hacia adentro cuando termine.
La hora de la segunda zona horaria puede ser usada alternativamente
para representar su hora en una escala de 24 horas, si lo prefiere.
cronógrafo
El reloj tiene un cronógrafo interválico de 4 horas.
Para comenzar, pulse A (START/STOP). La manecilla central muestra los
segundos con resolución de 0,2 segundos; la manecilla lineal muestra los
minutos (contando hasta treinta y repitiendo) y la manecilla inferior
muestra las horas, hasta cuatro, antes de parar automáticamente.
