Company, Inc. wider, so dass Sie verläßliche Funktion und Haltbarkeit erwarten kön-
nen. Dieses Handbuch enthält alle notwendigen Informationen zu Reparatur und
Service Ihrer Uhr.
TX Watch Company, Inc. gewährt auf Ihre TX Uhr eine Garantie auf
Herstellungsmängel für die Dauer von zwei Jahren vom Original-Verkaufsdatum.
Diese internationale Garantie wird von TX Watch Company, Inc. und seinen Partnern
weltweit anerkannt.
Beachten Sie, dass TX Watch Company, Inc. nach eigenem Ermessen Ihre Uhr mit
einem identischen oder ähnlichen Modell ersetzen kann, statt sie zu reparieren.
WICHTIG – DIESE GARANTIE BEZIEHT SICH NICHT AUF MÄNGEL ODER
SCHÄDEN:
1) wenn die Garantiezeit abgelaufen ist;
2) wenn die Uhr ursprünglich nicht von einem autorisierten TX-Händler gekauft
wurde;
3) wenn Reparatur oder Service nicht von Timex durchgeführt wurden;
4) wenn diese durch Unfälle, unbefugte Eingriffe oder unsachgemäße
Behandlung entstanden sind;
5) an Glas, Gurt oder Armband, Uhrengehäuse, Zubehör oder Batterie. Timex
kann den Ersatz dieser Teile in Rechnung stellen.
DIESE GARANTIE UND DIE DARIN ENTHALTENEN ABHILFEN GELTEN EXKLUSIV
UND ANSTATT JEGLICHER ANDERER GARANTIEN, AUSDRÜCKLICHER ODER

einen Timex-Partner. Legen Sie der Uhr den ausgefüllten Original-Reparaturschein
bei oder (nur in USA und Kanada) eine schriftliche Erklärung mit Namen, Adresse,
Telefonnummer und eine Kopie Ihres Kaufbelegs mit Kaufdatum und -ort.
