Using the Dual Timer
Before using your Dual Timer for the first time, you need to plug it
into an electric socket for approx. 12 hours. This is necessary be-
cause the Dual Timer includes a rechargeable battery. This battery
must be charged so that if the power supply is interrupted, the de-
vice has enough power to supply the entire memory and the clock
time.
• Setting the time
Press the mode button (5) repeatedly until „CLOCK“ appears at the
bottom of the display (1).
Press the set button (7) to obtain setting mode. The day is flashed
on and off at the top of the display. Set the current day by pressing
the change button (6). The weekdays are coded as follows:
MO = Monday, TU = Tuesday, WE = Wednesday, TH = Thursday,
FR = Friday, SA = Saturday, SU = Sunday
When you have set the day correctly, press the set button again for
making the hour setting. Set the correct hour by pressing the chan-
ge button. Follow the same procedure to set the minutes and se-
conds correctly. When you have set the second setting correctly,
press repeatedly on the set button until there are no more symbols
flashing in the display. You have now completed the time setting.
• Programming triggering times
You can select from a range of 9 different triggers. When program-
ming. you have the following options for each trigger:
• Days of the week (MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU, MO to FR, MO
to SA, SA to SU, and every day)
• Activation time

Regulation use of the device
The Dual Timer allows you to activate/deactivate two 230 V devi-
ces at the times you require by selection of up to 9 various pro-
grams. The following functions are available:
• 9 programs
• daily or weekly programming
• random function
• smallest triggering step of 1 minute
• Two separately controlled outputs
• Max. power output per device output: 1800 W
Do not use the Dual Timer in adverse environmental conditions,
e.g.:
• damp or excessive humidity,
• dust and combustible gases, vapors or solvents,
• during storms or stormy weather conditions, such as strong elec-
trostatic fields, etc.
The product is only approved for connection to voltage of 230
Volt/50 Hz DC.
Use is only permitted in closed rooms, i.e. not outside. Contact
with damp, e.g. in a bathroom, is to be absolutely avoided.
Use of the Dual Timer other than previously described will result in
damage to the device, and also implies risks, such as short cir-
cuits, fire or electric shocks, etc. No part of the product must be
changed or modified in any way! Please observe the Notes on Sa-
fety!
