De bulk-invoer is geoptimaliseerd voor toetsenbord bediening. In
principe is de muis hierbij niet nodig.
Medewerker-selectie
Na kiezen bulk-invoer (Ctrl+M, of via de Navigatorbalk links) is
standaard de actieve medewerker geselecteerd.
De lijst met medewerkers waarvoor geboekt mag worden op basis
van toegangsrechten, is gesorteerd op alfabet.
Een andere medewerker is te kiezen door het begin van zijn/haar
naam in te typen. De lijst volgt de ingetypte tekst en selecteert dit
stukje geel.
Wilt u opnieuw beginnen met typen, dan eerst op Esc drukken: de
gele selectie verdwijnt dan.
Als de medewerkerlijst de focus niet meer heeft, kan deze lijst met
Alt+M geselecteerd worden. (Verschil wel/niet focus is zichtbaar in
de kleur van de geselecteerde medewerker)
Wanneer de medewerkerlijst de focus kwijt is geweest (bijv. omdat
er geboekt is) dan wordt bij verkrijgen van de focus automatisch de
gele selectie opgeheven.
Week-selectie
Van de gekozen medewerker worden de geboekte uren van de
geselecteerde week getoond. (Met Alt+PgUp/PgDn kan van week
gewisseld worden.)
De weekbegrenzing volgt de week zoals in de kalender wordt
weergegeven.
