Waterontharder gebruiken
De hardheid van het water verschilt van gemeente tot gemeente. Hard water kan in de
vaatwasser kalkafzetting op het serviesgoed veroorzaken. Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een
waterontharder, die gebruik maakt van regenereerzout dat specifiek ontworpen is om de
mineralen uit het water te verwijderen.
OPGELET:
Gebruik alleen regenereerzout dat speciaal voor huishoudelijke vaatwassers is
samengesteld.
Gebruik geen keukenzout omdat dit niet-oplosbare stoffen bevat die het systeem van de
waterontharder kunnen beschadigen.
Vul het zoutreservoir voordat u het vaatwasprogramma opstart. Op deze wijze spoelt
overtollige zoutoplossing onmiddellijk met het water weg. Langdurige aanwezigheid van
zoutwater in het apparaat kan tot corrosie leiden.
Als u van plan bent om vaatwastabletten te gebruiken voor uw vaat, hoeft u geen
regenereerzout of glansmiddel aan te schaffen. Opgelet, het controlelampje Zout
bijvullen op het bedieningspaneel blijft in dit geval continu branden. Dit is normaal
en heeft geen invloed op de werking van uw vaatwasser.
