DEFROSTING
This appliance is equipped with a frost free system.
This system enables the fridge and freezer compartments to remain permanently ice-free, however the
food stored in the freezer drawers will not defrost.
TIPS FOR SAVING ENERGY
For the most energy efficient use of your appliance:
x Ensure your fridge freezer has adequate ventilation as recommended in the installation instructions.
x Allow warm food and drinks to cool down before placing in the appliance.
x Thaw frozen food in the fridge compartment and use the low temperature of the frozen food to cool
refrigerated food.
x Keep door openings to a minimum.
x Open the appliance as briefly as possible.
x Ensure that the doors are always closed properly.
OPERATING NOISES
Normal noises
x Motors are running.
x Refrigerant is flowing through the tubing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
1. Unplug the appliance from the mains socket.
2. Take out the food and store in a cool location.
3. Clean the appliance with a soft cloth, warm water and detergent.
4. Wipe the door seal with clear water only and then wipe dry thoroughly.
5. After cleaning, reconnect and adjust the temperatures as desired.
6. Put the food back into the appliance.
Lamp Replacement
The LED lights in the fridge and freezer compartments cannot be replaced by the user. If the LED lights
stop working, please contact the local authorised service agent.
