5. Záručné výkony nepôsobia prev prístroj ani pre

zabudované náhradné diely predĺženie alebo

obnovenie záručnej doby: záručná doba na

zabudované náhradné diely končí so záručnou

dobou pre celý prístroj.

6. Nad tento rámec idúce alebo iné nároky, najmä

také na nahradenie mimo prístroja vzniknutých

škôd – pokiaľ ručenie nie je nutne nariadené

zákonne – sú vylúčené.
