ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DECORATIVE WINDOW

Note !

Before you begin to remove and disassemble the Decorative window, we advise you to en-

sure that you have an ample and safe working area with a stable and soft surface.

During these working activities do not allow yourself to become distracted, for example, by

attention seeking children or other preventable situations. Do this in order to guarantee your

own safety and that of others and to ensure that the window is not broken or damaged. Be-

cause the Decorative window is rather heavy, it is advisable to remove the window from the

fire with two persons.

1. Disassembling the Decorative window ( See Fig. )

Behind the Decorative window, on the lower left-hand and right-hand

sides of the fire, 2 shoulder bolts are mounted to secure the Decorative

window. (See arrow).

· Remove these bolts manually or using a screwdriver.

· Lift the Decorative window out of the positioning projections on

the upper surface of the fire and lay it in the working area you have

chosen ( for example a stable surface ) with the front facing down-

ward. ( See Page 5 fig. 2 )

· Remove the 3 M6 bodywork rings and the 9 M5 flat nuts

(See Page 5 fig.3 Pos. 8 and 9)

· Remove the support brackets. ( See Page 6 fig. 4 pos. 5 and 6 )

· Lift the contra window out the mountings and place this in a safe spot. ( See Page 6 fig.

5 Pos. 4 ) Note: Ensure that the rough side of the window is not damaged or that finger

marks, etc. occur through handling or other causes. When the windows are re-fitted,

the rough sides of both windows must face each other. After this, you will no longer be

able to clean the windows.

· Remove the screening plate. ( See Page. 7 fig. 6 Pos 3 ) Treat this plate with the same

care as the windows.

· Take the 9 10x9 fitted sleeves out the sittings and keep these with the rest of the fixing

material. ( See Page 7 fig. 7 Pos 7 )

· If this is necessary, you can now remove the Front decorative plate from the decorative

frame. ( See Page 8 fig. 8 Pos. 1 and 2 ) Treat this window with the same care as the

contra window.

2. Mounting the Decorative window

Mount the Decorative window in the reverse order, paying attention to the placing of the

windows.

The smooth sides must be positioned on the outside.

The rough side may not be on the outside.

for the Flat Fire line.
