Hi. This is Ramy. I use two units Theben 161h. The first operates in an inconsistent pattern (some times work per the schedule, sometimes does not work at all.
The second although the red worm wheel rotates and the metallic worm rotates and all the plastic gears work accordingly but it stops for unknown reason.
The hand knob and the dial works well.
Perhaps i can get some troubleshooting diagnoses / idea why this is happening
