1. Öffnen Sie das verschraubte Batteriefach des Senders.

2. Stellen Sie den Schiebeschalter auf Kanal 1.

3. Legen Sie zwei neue Batterien 1,5 V AAA polrichtig ein.

4. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach wieder sorgfältig.

• Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Display der Basisstation.

• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach der Basisstation und legen Sie zwei neue Batterien 1,5 V AAA ein. Achten

Sie auf die richtige Polarität. Ein Signalton ertönt und alle Segmente werden kurz angezeigt. Schlie-

ßen Sie den Batteriedeckel wieder.

• Die Innentemperatur und -luftfeuchtigkeit werden auf dem Display der Basisstation angezeigt.

6.2 Einstellung des Luftdrucks

• Gleich nach dem Einlegen der Batterien oder wenn Sie die BARO Taste im Normalmodus für

2 Sekunden gedrückt halten, beginnt der Luftdruckwert für 20 Sekunden zu blinken. Sie können

während dieser Zeit mit der +/°C °F oder -/RCC Taste den Wert einstellen. Der relative Luftdruck ist

bezogen auf Meereshöhe und muss eingestellt werden. Erfragen Sie den aktuellen Luftdruck Ihrer

Umgebung (Wert vom Wetteramt, Internet, Optiker, geeichte Wettersäulen an öffentlichen Gebäuden,

Flughafen).

• Bestätigen Sie die Eingabe mit der BARO Taste.

6.3 Empfang der Außenwerte

• Die Basisstation versucht nun, die Außenwerte des Senders zu empfangen. Das Empfangszeichen

blinkt. Bei erfolgreichem Empfang wird die Außentemperatur und -luftfeuchtigkeit auf dem Display

der Basisstation angezeigt.

• Werden die Außenwerte nicht empfangen, erscheint „- -” auf dem Display. Prüfen Sie die Batterien

und starten Sie einen weiteren Versuch. Beseitigen Sie eventuelle Störquellen.

6. Inbetriebnahme

6.1 Einlegen der Batterien

• Legen Sie die Basisstation und den Sender in einem Abstand von ca. 1,5 Metern voneinander auf einen

Tisch. Vermeiden Sie die Nähe zu möglichen Störquellen (elektronische Geräte und Funkanlagen).
