6. INBETRIEBNAHME
6.1 GERÄT AUSPACKEN
1. Nehmen Sie das Küchenradio aus der Verpackung und entfernen Sie sämtliches
Verpackungsmaterial.
HINWEIS: Das Montagematerial befindet sich separat in einer Tüte, lose in der
Verpackung.
2. Prüfen Sie, ob alle Teile vorhanden und unbeschädigt sind.
6.2 STÜTZBATTERIE EINLEGEN
Die Stützbatterie sorgt dafür, dass im Falle eines vorübergehenden Stromausfalls die
Uhrzeit, Alarmeinstellungen und gespeicherte Radiosender erhalten bleiben.
Sie benötigen 1 x 3V Batterie des Typs CR2032. Die Batterie gehört nicht zum Lieferum-
fang.
GEFAHR! Explosionsgefahr bei unsachgemäßem Auswechseln der Batterie.
Ersatz nur durch denselben oder einen gleichwertigen Typ.
1. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Geräte-Unterseite mit einer kurzen Drehung
nach links.
2. Legen Sie die Batterie in das Batteriefach ein. Beachten Sie dabei die Polarität
(+/-). Die Beschriftung (+) muss bei eingelegter Batterie sichtbar sein.
3. Setzen Sie die Abdeckung wieder auf und schließen sie.
HINWEISE:
• Sie können das Gerät auch ohne Stützbatterie betreiben. Nach einem Stromaus-
fall müssen Sie dann allerdings die Uhrzeit, Alarmeinstellungen und gespei-
cherte Radiosender neu speichern.
• Auch bei eingelegter Batterie wird das Display während eines Stromausfalles
ausgeschaltet.
• Ein Betrieb ausschließlich mit Batterie - ohne den Anschluss an das Stromnetz -
ist nicht möglich.
