14. PROBLEMLÖSUNGEN
Sollte Ihr Gerät einmal nicht wie gewünscht funktionieren, gehen Sie bitte erst diese
Checkliste durch. Vielleicht ist es nur ein kleines Problem, das Sie selbst beheben
können.
GEFAHR! Versuchen Sie auf keinen Fall, das Gerät selbstständig zu reparieren.
Wenn Sie den Fehler nicht beheben können, wenden Sie sich an unser Service Center.
Fehler Mögliche Ursachen / Maßnahmen
Kein Ton
- Ist der Netzadapter richtig angeschlossen?
Überprüfen Sie den Anschluss.
- Ist das Abspielgerät eingeschaltet, gestartet, auf die rich-
tige Funktion gestellt? Erhöhen Sie ggf. die Lautstärke am
Abspielgerät.
AUX:
- Erhöhen Sie ggf. die Lautstärke am Lautsprecher.
Bluetooth:
- Ist am Abspielgerät Bluetooth aktiviert?
- Sind Abspielgerät und der Lautsprecher über Bluetooth
verbunden?
Chromcast:
- Befinden sich Lautsprecher und Smartphone im gleichen
WLAN?
- Ist der Lautsprecher in der Chromecast-fähigen App zur
Wiedergabe ausgewählt?
WLAN-Verbindung
nicht möglich
- Haben Sie am Smartphone (o.ä. Gerät) der App „Google
Home“ die Standort-Berechtigung gegeben?
- Befinden sich beide Geräte in der Reichweite eines WLANs
mit guter Qualität?
- Haben Sie während des Verbindungsprozesses am Smart-
phone (o.ä. Gerät) Bluetooth aktiviert?
- Informieren Sie sich auch in der Hilfe-Funktion der App
„Google Home“.
