of sensitivity (“lo” for normal and “hi” for high) thanks
to the knob located on the left-hand side of the
appliance.
Select channel CH1 or CH2 thanks to the knob
located on the right-hand side of the appliance.
• A monitor light located on the front of the appliance
enables you to check battery charge:
- when operating normally: the light is green
- when the battery is running down: a red light flashes
every 2 seconds.
- charging the appliance when turned off: a green light
flashes every 2 seconds. When the appliance has
finished charging, the monitor light shuts off when
you unplug the mains adapter.
- charging the appliance when turned on: a green light
flashes every 2 seconds. When the appliance has
finished charging, the monitor light remains on when
you unplug the mains adapter.
The microphone located on top of the appliance
picks up the noises made by your baby. Whenever
anyone speaks into the microphone, the appliance
automatically activates its background noise cut-
out function for optimum transmission.
Receiver:
Position the receiver appliance (parent unit) on its
stand or attach to your belt.
• Turn on and adjust the volume thanks to the knob
located on the left-hand side of the appliance.
• Select the channel (CH1 or CH2) thanks to the knob
located on the right-hand side of the appliance.
3 red telltale lights will light up from the bottom
upwards according to the level of baby activity.
They also light up when the volume of the appliance
has been set at its lowest, to enable you to visualize
your baby’s activity.
Telltale lights on = little or no activity
3 telltale lights on = high level of activity
A monitor light located under the telltale baby-
activity lights enables you to check level of battery
charge:
- when operating normally: the light is green.
- when the battery is running down: a red light flashes
every 2 seconds.
- charging the appliance when turned off: a green light
flashes every 2 seconds. When the appliance has
finished charging, the telltale light shuts off when
you unplug the mains adapter.
- charging the appliance when turned on: a green light
flashed every 2 seconds. When the appliance has
finished charging, the monitor light remains on when
you unplug the mains adapter.
Remark: to obtain the best operating results from
the transmitter and receiver, select the same
channel for both appliances.
