ACCESSORIES
GRILL (13), TRAY (14) AND PIZZA TRAY (17) (for IL FORNOTTO 250
CV PIZZA model only)
Grill (13) can be used as a resting base for cooking containers or
directly as a support for food.
Tray (14) or the pizza tray (17) can be used as a container for cooking
food: grease it with food oil to prevent food from sticking to it.
These accessories can be placed inside the oven on three different
cooking shelves (9) in order to increase ot decrease the distance of the
food from the heating elements.
TONGS FOR TRAY AND GRILL (16)
Tongs (16) were designed to extract the tray and the grill from the
oven. It is recommended to always use them to prevent burns.
This function allows reheating food or keeping it warm. Select the
desired temperature by means of the thermostat dial (3).
Toast/brown
When this function is set by means of the selector dial (4), only the
upper heating elements (11)are enabled. This function allows toasting
and browning food.
Select the desired temperature by means of the thermostat dial (3). It is
recommended to position grill (13) or tray (14) on the last shelf from the
bottom so that the food is positioned as close as possible to the upper
heating elements (11).
TIMER DIAL (Fig. 3)
Automatic operation
The timer allows setting an operating time of 0
to 120 minutes or a continuous “ON” time. At
the end of the set time, an acoustic signal will
be heard and the oven stops operating
automatically. To interrupt the operation of
the appliance before the end of the preset
time, turn the timer dial clockwise until it reaches the “OFF” position.
WARNING! When the timer is on the “ON” position, the oven will remain
on until the timer dial has been manually reset to the “OFF” position.
