• Desligar o ferro de engomar carregando no apropriado botão (3).
• Desligar a ficha da tomada.
• Apoiar o ferro na base (9) e esperar que o aparelho arrefeça antes
de realizar qualquer operação.
• Posicionar o aparelho em uma superfície horizontal estável.
• Apoiar o ferro para engomar sobre a base (9) do corpo da caldeira.
• Seleccionar a temperatura desejada (figura 1) girando o manípulo de
regulaçao (15) do ferro.
• Desenrolar por completo o cabo da alimentação e introduzir a ficha
na tomada de corrente.
• Pressionar o botão (3) para ligar o ferro de engomar.
• Quando o piloto (16) do ferro se apaga o aparelho está pronto para
começar a passar.
• Durante a utilização, o piloto do ferro (16) acende e apaga
automaticamente, indicando que a temperatura da placa se mantém
constante.
• Terminada a passagem a ferro, pressionar o botão (3) para desligar
o aparelho e deixar arrefecer o ferro.
LIMPEZA
Antes de efectuar quaisquer operaçóes de limpeza, retirar a
ficha da tomada de corrente e deixar arrefecer por completo
o aparelho.
Para limpar a base de alumínio usar um pano húmido ou, para retirar
as manchas mais resistentes, um esfregao nao de aço para uso
doméstico.
Para limpar todos os componentes do ferro e do corpo da caldeira
usar exclusivamente um pano humido.
Nunca mergulhar o aparelho, ou os seus componentes, em agua ou
outros Iiquidos, nem usar vapor, substâncias químicas ou abrasivas.
