Cut the ingredients into small pieces.
Drop them into the bowl (B1).
Use the on/off dial (A1) to select the right speed for your mixture:
- P: minced/chopped ingredients
- 1-3: minced/medium chopped ingredients
- 3-5: minced/finely chopped or blended ingredients.
Mix the ingredients until they are blended as you want them.
If necessary, you can add some ingredients through the opening in
the lid (B10) while the appliance is working.

Meat, cold meats, raw/cooked vegetables, herbs, parmesan, dried
fruit, dry bread…
-Never exceed the maximum quantities and time for mixing
ingredients given in this handbook.
-Do not overload the bowl to mix large quantities, it is better to do
a little at a time.
-If the ingredients have been splashed on the sides of the bowl
and the blades are idling, switch off the appliance, remove the
lid and put the ingredients back in the centre using the palette
knife (E).
-If the ingredients stick to the blade, switch off the appliance,
remove the lid and free the blade using the palette knife (E).
