GENERAL WARNING
• Please read this handbook as it gives important instructions and
precautions about safety, use and maintenance of your appliance and
keep it carefully for future reference.
• Make sure the appliance is in good condition when you unpack it. In case
of doubt do not use it and contact a TERMOZETA authorized Service
Centre.
• Do not leave parts of packaging (plastic bags, foam polystyrene, nails,
etc.) within reach of children or incapable persons as they are potential
sources of danger.
• The electrical safety of this appliance is only assured if it has been
connected correctly to an efficient earthed system as provided by
electricity safety norms presently in force. Termozeta shall not be held
liable for eventual damages deriving from failure to connect the electrical
installation to an earthed system.
• Make sure the data on the appliance rating plate corresponds to that of
the main power supply and of your electrical system before plugging into
the outlet. In case of doubt, contact professionally qualified personnel.
• It is not advisable to use adapters, multiple plugs and extensions. Use
devices certified and conforming to existing safety standards only should
it be absolutely necessary, making sure they are compatible with your
electrical system and with the appliance technical data.
Any installations not conforming to instructions may endanger your
safety and forfeit the guarantee.
The appliance is exclusively designed for domestic use for ironing
fabrics.
• For safety’s sake be careful:
- not to use the appliance with bare feet or wet hands or feet
- not to use the appliance away from home
- not to leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun, rain …)
- not to let children or incapable persons use the appliance
- never to tug on the lead or the appliance itself to unplug from the outlet
- not to leave the appliance plugged into the main power supply
unattended
- never to submerge the appliance in water or in other liquids.
• The user must not replace the appliance lead. Contact a
TERMOZETA authorized Service Centre or professionally qualified
person in case of need.
• Switch off and do not mishandle the appliance if it should break down
and/or work badly. Contact a TERMOZETA authorized Service Centre for
eventual repairs asking for original spare parts.
• Put the appliance out of service at the end of its service life by cutting off
the lead after unplugging from the outlet. Abide by local existing rules
and regulations for its disposal.
• Termozeta may not be held liable for eventual damages to persons,
animals or objects caused by incorrect installation or deriving from
improper, erroneous or unreasonable use.

Durante el uso la espía (15) de la plancha se encenderá y se apagará
automáticamente indicando que la temperatura de la placa se mantiene
constante.
Durante las pausas de planchado, apoyar la plancha sobre la base (5)
del cuerpo caldera.
Con la manopla de regulación vapor (2) es posible regular la cantidad de
vapor que se desea utilizar durante el planchado: para obtener una
mayor cantidad de vapor girar el pomo hacia izquierdas, para disminuir
la cantidad de vapor girar el pomo hacia derechas.
Colocando la plancha en vertical a una distancia de 10/20 cm es posible
suministrar vapor para avivar tejidos colgados y dar a ellos nueva
frescura.
Antes de comenzar a planchar tejidos delicados, se aconseja hacer unas
pruebas en un punto escondido de la prenda como por ejemplo un
doblez.
Se aconseja planchar antes los tejidos que demanden bajas
temperaturas, para pasar luego a los tejidos más resistentes, que
demanden temperaturas más altas.
ATENCION!
A la primera suministración de vapor se puede verificar la salida de unas
gotas de agua de la placa (11) de la plancha; ésto es todo normal y se
debe a la condensación que se puede formar en el interior del tubo de
conexión plancha – cuerpo caldera. Este fenómeno desaparecerá con
los suministros de vapor sucesivos. Se aconseja por lo tanto no orientar
el primer chorro de vapor sobre el tejido a planchar.
Durante las operaciones de planchado no dejar la plancha sin
vigilancia con el enchufe conectado a la toma de corriente.
FALTA DE AGUA DURANTE EL FUNCIONAMENTO
Si el agua en la caldera tuviera que terminar, la producción de vapor
disminuye hasta llegar a ser nula.
El piloto luminoso (4b) se enciende para indicar que es necesario llenar
otra vez la caldera.
Para llenar nuevamente la caldera de agua, seguir atentamente las
operaciones indicadas a seguir:
desactivar el botón de encendido/apagado caldera (4) llevándolo en
posición “apagado” (O); la luz de control integrada se apaga;
apretar la tecla (12) de la plancha, hasta cuando la caldera se haya
descargado completamente y la producción de vapor haya cesado;
desactivar el botón de encendido/apagado de la plancha (3) llevándolo
en posición “apagado” (O); la luz de control integrada se apaga;
desconectar el enchufe del cable de alimentación da la toma de
corriente;
destornillar lentamente en sentido antihorario el tapón caldera (7)
prestando atención a los eventuales residuos de vapor;
llenar la caldera siguiendo las mismas indicaciones descritas en el
párrafo “Como llenar de agua la caldera”;
poner nuevamente en función el aparato siguiendo las mismas
indicaciones descritas en el párrafo ”Puesta en marcha”.
ATENCION!
Desconectar siempre el enchufe de la toma de corriente antes de
realizar la operación de llenado de agua de la caldera.
A PLANCHADO ULTIMADO
Desactivar el botón de encendido/apagado caldera (4) llevándolo en
posición “apagado” (O).
Descargar todo el vapor presente en caldera apagando la tecla (12)
