Fare riferimento al paragrafo “Abbassamento della griffa”
dove è indicato come procedere per sollevare o
abbassare la griffa. Al termine della cucitura, riposizionare
la leva d’avanzamento della griffa nel punto originale.
Cucitura bottoni
Sulla parte superiore del piedino è possibile posizionare un perno in modo tale da
formare un gambo.
Impostare il selettore del punti su “B”. Allineare entrambi i fori del bottone alla
fessura del piedino e posizionare il foro sinistro del bottone subito sotto la punta
dell’ago. Abbassare il piedino e ruotare il volantino finché la punta dell’ago
fuoriesca dal foro destro del bottone. Cucire circa cinque punti, quindi sollevare
l’ago. Reimpostare il selettore del modello su “B” e cucire alcuni punti per bloccare il
filo.
Per serrare il gambo, tagliare i fili
lasciando una coda di circa 20 cm.
Inserire il filo nell’ago nel foro del bottone
e avvolgerlo attorno al gambo.
Tendere il filo verso il rovescio e
annodare.
