Step 5

Fasten the lower rack (9) below, between

the four support legs, using screws (A).

Slide the axle (11) through the holes at the

lower end of the left support legs.

Stick a wheel (10) onto each end of the

axle and secure each one in place using

a split pin (K).

Step 6

Fasten the left brace (14) and the right

brace (13) with screws (A) to the rear wall

and the rear support leg.

Fasten the two lower hinges (15) to the

rear wall using screws (E).

Step 7

Secure the furnace door (16) to the front

wall using screws (F) and nuts (H).

Step 8

Stick the underlay for the furnace door

handle (19) onto the furnace door handle

(18).

Stick the furnace door handle (18) with the

underlay (19) into the furnace door from

outside.

Stick the furnace door latch (20) onto the

furnace door handle (18) from inside.

Fasten the parts (18,19,20) with a washer

(L), and a thumbscrew (M).
