Het automatische zoeken

Na het inschakelen van de installatie met de toets klapt de antenne uit en richt

zich eerst op die positie uit waarop voor het laatst een satelliet werd ontvangen.

Als hier geen satelliet ontvangen wordt, begint de installatie zelfstandig met het

automatische zoeken naar de vooringestelde satelliet.

Nadat de zoeksatelliet werd gevonden, wordt het zoeken gestopt en het televisiebe-

eld wordt doorgeschakeld. Normaal duurt het zoeken van de satelliet ca. 30 secon-

den, al naargelang de positie van het voertuig eventueel ook iets langer.

Als een referentie transponder op de satelliet uitvalt of op uw locatie niet kan wor-

den ontvangen, start de installatie een zelﬂerende routine die eenmalig 15 tot 25

min. duren kan.

Als er daarna nog steeds geen televisiebeeld verschijnt, bevindt u zich waarschijnlijk

in een gebied waar de vooringestelde satelliet niet kan worden ontvangen, of er

bevindt zich een obstakel in de ontvangstrichting van de installatie.

In dit geval verschijnt de melding „Geen sat gevonden“ op het display van het be-

dieningselement.

Het automatische zoeken gaat er altijd van uit dat uw voertuig

helemaal waterpas staat. Als dit niet het geval is, moet u eventueel met langere

zoektijden rekening houden.

Als de antenne reeds uitgeklapt is, kan het automatische zoeken

op de volgende manier opnieuw worden gestart:

l Op toets drukken totdat er „Automat. zoeken“ op het display verschijnt.

l Op toets drukken.

Principieel hoeft er voor het zoeken naar een satelliet geen sat-receiver aangesloten

of ingeschakeld te worden. Als de receiver aan het einde van het automatische zo-

eken echter niet is ingeschakeld, verschijnt er een overeenkomstige melding op het

display, omdat anders geen ontvangst van beeld of geluid mogelijk is.
