Halogen Oven Recepten Tel Sell

Knoflookpaddestoelen: (4 porties)
Voorbereidingstijd: 20 minuten
Bereidingstijd: 30 minuten
Ingrediënten:
2 kleine citroenen
20 platte, zwarte champignons
olijfolie
Voor de knoflookboter:
100 gr verse broodkruim
1 flinke bos peterselie
4 teentjes knoflook
100 gr gesmolten boter
Bereiding:
1. Verwarm de Halogen Oven voor op 200 °C. Haal de schil van de citroenen af en zet deze
apart. Haal de paddestoelstelen van de hoeden af en plaats de hoeden op een draadrek.
2. Besprenkel iedere champignon met wat olijfolie en citroensap.
3. Bak ze in 30 minuten goed gaar. Haal ze uit de oven en laat ze op het rek afkoelen.
4. Doe ondertussen het broodkruim in de keukenmachine, maak de knoflook schoon en hak de
teentjes fijn. Hak de citroenschil grof. Voeg de knoflook en de citroenschil samen met de
peterselie toe aan het broodkruim.
5. Meng goed door elkaar, het broodkruim zal mooi groen kleuren, maar roer niet te lang
anders wordt het mengsel papperig.
6. Vul iedere champignon met dit mengsel en druk zachtjes aan met de vingers. Doe wat
gesmolten boter op iedere champignon. Stel de oven in op 230 °C en zet het rek bovenin.
7. Bak gedurende 10 minuten tot het broodkruim bruin begint te kleuren. Bak ze indien nodig
even af onder de hete grill.
Direct serveren.
