In Windows 98 moet je nu TCP/IP installeren.
Raadpleeg De netwerkinstellingen op pagina 24.
6 Herstart na het aanpassen van de netwerkinstellingen je computer.
7 Controleer opnieuw de lampjes van je kabelmodem.
Raadpleeg voor meer informatie hierover de handleiding bij je kabelmodem.
8 Plaats de Telenet-cd-rom in je cd-romspeler.
9 Kies een taal en klik op Software installeren.
10 Selecteer Internet Explorer.
De cd-rom controleert de versie van Internet Explorer op je computer. Indien
nodig wordt een nieuwere versie geïnstalleerd en worden de internetinstellingen
aangepast. Vervolgens vraagt de computer om opnieuw op te starten.
11 Klik op OK.
12 Controleer na het opstarten je IP-adres.
Raadpleeg hierover De netwerkinstellingen op pagina 24.
Hoe activeer je je account?
1 Open Internet Explorer.
2 Surf naar http://activeer.telenet.be.
De openingspagina van activeer.telenet.be verschijnt.
