Anpassung an Ihre Bedürfnisse
1-Telefonmodus
Benützen Sie diesen Modus, wenn Sie wenige Faxe empfangen.
Wenn Ihr T-Fax 307PA kingelt, nehmen Sie den Hörer ab und führen Sie das
Gespräch. Handelt es sich um einen Faxanruf, so drücken Sie auf START und das
T-Fax 307PA empfängt automatisch das Fax.
2-Fax /Telefonmodus
Benützen Sie diesen Modus, wenn Sie viele Faxe empfangen und nicht durch das
Klingeln gestört werden wollen.
Wenn Sie einen Anruf erhalten, schaltet das T-Fax 307PA automatisch auf
Faxempfang
um, wenn es sich um ein Fax handelt. Ist es ein Telefonaruf, so klingelt das Telefon
ihres
T-Fax 307PA und der Anrufende hört den Hinweistexte "Einen Moment bitte" bevor
Sie
den Hörer abnehmen.
3-Anrufbeantwortermodus
Benützen Sie diesen Modus, wenn Sie abwesend sind oder wenn Sie auf keinen Fall
Nachrichten oder Faxe verpassen wollen.
Wenn ein Anruf ankommt, stellt das Faxgerät je nach Natur auf den entsprechenden
Modus :
Handelt es sich um ein Fax, so wird es empfangen und abgespeichert. Handelt es sich
um
einen Anruf, so wird er vom Anrufbeatworter aufgenommen.
Kopieren
Machen Sie Ihre persönlichen Fotokopien auf Normalpapier.
Legen Sie Papier in das Papierfach.
Das zu kopierende Dokument mit der bedruckten Seite nach unten in den
Dokumenteneinzug
einlegen.
Drücken Sie auf “START/KOPIE”.
