Automatischer Betrieb mit Anrufbeantworter
Ihr T-Fax 307PA verhält sich wie ein Telefon mit Anrufbeantworter, an das ein
Fax angeschlossen ist. Diese Betriebsart empfiehlt sich, wenn Sie abwesend
sind oder wenn Sie weder Telefonanrufe noch Faxnachrichten verpassen
möchten. Wenn ein Anruf eingeht, nimmt das Gerät diesen nach der
eingestellten Anzahl von Rufsignalen entgegen und spielt die Ansage des
Anrufbeantworters ab.
- Wenn es sich um ein Fax handelt, schaltet Ihr Gerät auf Faxempfang um.
- Wenn es sich um ein Gespräch handelt, schaltet sich der Anrufbeantworter
ein.
Betriebsart wählen
Die BETRIEBSART-Taste (21) drücken, um die gewünschte Betriebsart
zu wählen.
Privilegierte Anrufe (VIP-Funktion)
Wenn Sie nur durch privilegierte Anrufer gestört werden wollen, müssen Sie
das T-Fax 307PA auf automatischen Betrieb mit Anrufbeantworter schalten
und einen Code für den privilegierten Zugriff (VIP-Code) eingegeben:
MENU, 4, 6 und START drücken.
VIP-Code (nicht 0000) eingeben und mit der Starttaste bestätigen.
Anmerkung: Sie müssen die VIP-Funktion über MENU 47 aktivieren
(Position: MIT).
Anruf durch eine privilegierte Gegenstelle
Nur die Anrufer, denen Sie den VIP-Code mitgeteilt haben, können Sie trotz
eingeschaltetem Anrufbeantworter und Telefax telefonisch erreichen. Der
Anrufer muß hierzu:
Ihre Rufnummer wählen.
Warten, bis Ihr T-Fax 307PA den Anruf entgegennimmt.
Die Taste * drücken und den vierstelligen VIP-Code eingeben.
Nun klingelt trotz eingeschaltetem Anrufbeantworter ihr Gerät.
