Wählen Sie im Menü [Netzwerk] den Eintrag [WLAN (Wireless LAN)].
Wenn Sie die Option [Aus] für den Betriebszustand markieren, ist das
Funkmodul ausgeschaltet. Der Speedport W 303V ist nicht mehr über
einen drahtlosen Zugang zu erreichen. Die Einstellung [Zeitgesteuert]
eröffnet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, das Funkmodul nur zu bestimmten Zeiten
zu aktivieren. Führen Sie dazu unter [Schaltzeiten] Ihre gewünschten Ein-
stellungen durch.
Übertragungsmodus
Der Übertragungsmodus gibt an, ob die drahtlose Übertragung nach den
Standards IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g und IEEE 802.11n (802.11b +
802.11g + 802.11n) erfolgt oder ob nur die Übertragung nach IEEE
802.11b und 802.11g bzw. 802.11g und 802.11n zugelassen werden soll.
Der wesentliche Unterschied zwischen drei Standards ist die Übertra-
gungsgeschwindigkeit: IEEE 802.11b - maximal 11 Mbps, IEEE 802.11g -
maximal 54 Mbps, IEEE 802.11n - maximal 130 Mbps.
Nutzen die Geräte im drahtlosen Netzwerk unterschiedliche Standards,
empfehlen wir Ihnen hier die Voreinstellung 802.11b + 802.11g + 802.11n
beibehalten, um die Kompatibilität zwischen den verschiedenen Standards
zu gewährleisten.
