Auf der CD-ROM, die Ihrem Systemtelefon beigelegt ist, befinden sich Konfi

gurationsprogramme zum Übertragen von Daten zwischen PCundSystemte

lefon sowie zum Laden neuer Software.
In dieser Bedienungsanleitung geben wir Ihnen einen kurzen Überblick über
dieim Lieferumfangenthaltene Software.Die Softwareprogrammeselbst sind
nicht in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Sollten während der An
-
wendung der Programme Fragen oder Probleme auftreten, können Sie auch
in der PC-Hilfe der Anwendungen nachlesen. Die Programme der Win-Tools
CD-ROM verfügen über eine ausführliche Online-Hilfe.
Programme zum Einrichten des Systemtelefons

Konfigurations-Programm:
Die Einstellung der verschiedenen Leistungsmerkmale Ihres Systemte-
lefons erfolgt über die Konfiguration des Systemtelefons. Sie können
Rufnummern (MSN) einrichten und Kurzwahl-Tasten oder Zielwahl-/
Funktions-Tasten programmieren. Weiterhin können Sie die Anzeigen
des Systemtelefons, die Lautstärken verschiedener Töne, Wahloptionen
(Anschluss an eine Telefonanlage), die Wahlkontrolle oder die Kosten
-
erfassung konfigurieren.
Über das Konfigurations-Programm kann auch die optional anschließ
-
bare Tastenerweiterung T-TX721 programmiert werden.

Telefonbuch-Programm
Über das Telefonbuch-Programm können Sie dem Telefonbuch des
Systemtelefons (siehe Seite 22) Einträge hinzufügen und einzelnen Ein
-
trägen einen besonderen Tonruf (VIP-Tonruf) zuweisen. Die Import-/ Ex
-
port-Funktion des Telefonbuch-Programms ermöglicht das Importieren
oder Exportieren von Daten zur Weiterbearbeitung in anderen Program
-
men.

Download-Programm:
Mit diesem Programm können Sie eine neue Firmware über Ihren PC in
das Systemtelefon laden. Das Laden der neuen Firmware ist über die
PC-Schnittstelle des Systemtelefons möglich.
