Bei technischen Problemen können Sie sich während der üblichen Geschäftszeiten

an die kostenfreie Hotline 0800 33 01000 wenden.

Halten Sie bei einem Anruf bitte die Seriennummer Ihres Gerätes bereit. Sie gibt

dem Ansprechpartner Hinweise auf den Stand des Gerätes. Sie finden die Serien-

nummer auf dem Typenschild, das sich auf der Unterseite des Gerätes befindet.

Geräteaustausch

Sollte Ihr Media Receiver einmal ausgetauscht werden müssen, beachten Sie bitte

folgenden Hinweis:

Nach dem Anschließen des neuen Gerätes muss der Videorekorder einmalig neu

zugewiesen werden, damit Sie die Videorekorderfunktionen wieder nutzen

können. Das Zuweisen geschieht über das Entertain Menü auf dem Fernseher.
