Orgreenic Receptengids Tel Sell

KRABKOEKJES:
Een verfijnde interpretatie van de essentie van de zee.
Ingrediënten voor 4 porties:
± 450 gr krabvlees in stukjes
1 groot ei
2 eetlepels light mayonaise
1/3 kop zacht, vers broodkruim (geen korst)
1 eetlepel dungesneden sjalot
1 eetlepel peterselie, gehakt
1 theelepel Worcestershiresaus
½ -1 theelepel viskruiden (naar smaak)
snufje gemalen cayennepeper of meer naar smaak
1 theelepel geraspte citroenschil
¼ theelepel zeezout
12 zoutarme of zoutloze crackers, gebroken
1 eetlepel arachideolie of olijfolie
1 pot remouladesaus
Bereiding:
Verwarm de oven voor op 190 °C
Doe krab, ei, mayonaise, broodkruim, sjalot, peterselie, Worcestershiresaus,
viskruiden, peper, zeezout en citroenschil in een kom. Meng alles goed en zet
weg in de koelkast gedurende minimaal 4 uur.
Draai ballen van het mengsel ter grootte van 1/3 kop of een ijbolletjestang.
Doe crackerkruim en olie in een kom. Rol de balletjes hier voorzichtig doorheen,
druk ze wat platter en zet weer in de koelkast gedurende minimaal 30 minuten.
Doe 4-5 krabkoekjes tegelijk in de Orgreenic koekenpan en bak ze in 12-15
minuten goudbruin. Haal de pan uit de oven met ovenwanten en herhaal dit met
de overige krabkoekjes.
Verhit de saus in de Orgreenic steelpan.
Serveer de warme krabkoekjes met de saus.
