La siguiente tabla describe los diferentes programas de Descongelación por Peso, los respectivos pesos,
tiempos de espera y recomendaciones.

4 Fruta 0,1 – 0,5 kg 5 – 10 min Colocar la fruta en un recipiente de vidrio y
cúbrala durante la descongelación y tiempo de
espera.
5 Pan 100 – 800 g 5 – 10 min Colocar el pan sobre la bandeja de vidrio cubierta
con paño fino limpio.
NOTAS IMPORTANTES:
- En la función Descongelación por Peso, el peso a introducir es el peso del alimento sin incluir el del
recipiente.
- Use solamente la función Descongelación por Peso para alimentos crudos.
- Esta función ofrece mejores resultados si los alimentos están una temperatura de -18 °C y si los
alimentos pasan directamente del congelador al horno.
- Si los alimentos estuvieran a una temperatura superior (porque el congelador no es de 3 estrellas o
porque los alimentos estuvieran fuera del congelador más de 20 minutos) el tiempo calculado por el
horno resultará demasiado largo y puede haber riesgo de fuego. En estos casos, seleccione un peso
inferior al peso real del alimento.
- En los casos anteriores, y en alimentos ya cocinados y congelados, utilice la función Descongelación
por Tiempo comenzando con tiempos cortos.
- Cuando utilice papel de aluminio para proteger las partes más finas de los alimentos, asegúrese de
que no toca las paredes del horno para que no ocurran daños.
