26 User Manual
TEMPERATURE PREPARATION MODE
The temperature preparation function is used to
prepare the meat before cooking it. After 20 min-
utes at 40ºC in the oven, the meat reaches the
right temperature for cooking and obtaining the
best results with regard to avour and texture.
WARNING
Before using the Temperature Prepa-
ration function, the meat should have
been left at room temperature for a
while for the best results. Avoid using
the Temperature Preparation mode
for meat which has been taken di-
rectly from the fridge.
Once in the SteakMaster menu, select the Tem-
perature Preparation mode by turning the con-
trol to the right and press OK to conrm.
The oven will ask you to insert the meat in the
oven. Once you have done this, press OK.
On completion of the process, the oven will ask
you to remove the meat, after which you need
to press OK to end the function and return to
the SteakMaster main menu.
MANUAL mode
Manual mode allows you to use the SteakMas-
ter function for a maximum of 33 minutes, in-
cluding the necessary preheating time.
WARNING
When the oven has been operating
with the SteakMaster function for
33 minutes, the oven automatically
switches o.
Once in the SteakMaster menu, select the
Manual mode by turning the control to the right
and press OK to conrm.
Next, the oven will ask if you want to use the
Temperature Preparation Mode for the food to
be cooked. If the answer is YES, the menu will
take you through the steps described above.
In both cases, you will be oered the option to
set a buzzer alarm which begins at the start of
the cooking process (after the preheating of the
oven). If the answer is YES, you will be taken to
the time selection screen where you can select
a maximum time of 5 minutes.
