Metal object such

as knives, forks,

spoons and lids may

not be placed on the

surface of the hob as

they may overheat.

After use always

disconnect the hot

plate, do not simply

remove the pot or

pan. Otherwise a

malfunction may

occur if inadver-

tently another pot or

pan is placed on it

within the detection

period. Prevent pos-

sible accidents!

If the supply cord

is damaged, it must

be replaced by the

manufacturer, its

service agent or

similarly qualified

persons in order to

avoid hazard.

tectors designed by

appliance manufac-

turer or indicated by

the manufacturer in

the instructions for

use as adequate or

stovetop protectors

incorporated into the

device. The use of

inadequate protec-

tors can cause acci-
