Consejos para una óptima limpieza de la Piedra para pizza
Para limpiar la Piedra para Pizza, hágalo con
una bayeta o esponja húmeda evitando el uso
de cualquier tipo de jabón o detergente.
PELIGRO
En ningún caso moje la piedra bajo el grifo
con agua ya que en ese caso absorberá mu-
cha agua y posteriormente la piedra puede
romperse al calentarse dentro del horno.
ATENCIÓN
Recuerde secar siempre la piedra antes de
meterla dentro del horno.
Si la piedra tiene adheridos restos de comida
sólidos entonces puede usar una espátula de
plástico para retirarlas.
PELIGRO
En ningún caso emplee espátulas de metal
o cuchillas afiladas ya que puede provocar
daños en la superficie de la piedra o incluso
llegar a romperla.
Por favor tenga en cuenta que la piedra pizza
una vez usada, no tendrá el mismo aspecto vi-
sual que antes del primer uso.
Al limpiar la Piedra Pizza, obtendrá como be-
