10) ΑΝΤΙΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΑΚΡΟΦΥΣΙΩΝ
Οι καυστήρες προσαρµόζονται στα διάφορα αέρια
συναρµολογώντας τα αντίστοιχα ακροφύσια του αερίου που
χρησιµοποιείτε. Για να γίνει αυτό είναι απαραίτητο να
αφαιρέσετε τις κεφαλές των καυστήρων και µε ένα ίσιο κλειδί
«Β», να ξεβιδώσετε το ακροφύσιο «Α»
(βλέπε εικ. 13) και να το αντικαταστήσετε µε ένα ακροφύσιο
που αντιστοιχεί στο αέριο που χρησιµοποιείτε.
Συνιστάται να µπλοκάρετε µε δύναµη το ακροφύσιο.
Αφού κάνει τις προαναφερόµενες αντικαταστάσεις, ο
τεχνικός θα πρέπει να προχωρήσει στη ρύθµιση των
καυστήρων όπως περιγράφεται στην παράγραφο 9, να
σφίξει τα ενδεχόµενα όργανα ρύθµισης ή προρύθµισης
και να τοποθετήσει επάνω στη συσκευή,
αντικαθιστώντας την προϋπάρχουσα, την ετικέτα που
αντιστοιχεί στη νέα ρύθµιση αερίου που έγινε επάνω
στη συσκευή. Η ετικέτα αυτή περιέχεται µέσα στο
φάκελο των ανταλλακτικών των ακροφυσίων.
Για την ευκολία του τεχνικού εγκατάστασης αναφέρουµε
παρακάτω έναν πίνακα µε τις ικανότητες, τις θερµικές
ικανότητες των καυστήρων, τη διάµετρο των ακροφυσίων
και την πίεση λειτουργίας των διαφόρων αερίων.
