Otpakujte aparat i stavite ga na ravnu, čvrstu i stabilnu radnu površinu, a zatim skinite sa
aparata sve dijelove. Provjerite jeste li prije prve upotrebe aparata uklonili sve elemente
pakovanja.
Operite sve dijelove koji se mogu skidati, isperite ih i temeljno posušite: potiskivač (A),
poklopac i otvor za punjenje (B), presa (C), ltere (D i E), jezičak za suhe ostatke (F), posudu
(G), zdjelicu i lijevak (H i I), bokale (N), kao i kolektor suhih ostataka (Q).
Sklopite aparat kako je naznačeno na crtežima i odaberite lter ovisno o željenom pripravku:
Filter za sok (D - narandžasta boja) sa rešetkom s malim otvorima za pravljenje soka.
Filter za voćni pire (E - boja maline) sa rešetkom s većim otvorima, za pravljenje gušćih
pripravaka, poput voćnog pirea.
PAŽNJA: oprezno rukujte jezičkom za suhe ostatke (F).
- Pobrinite se kod montaže da jezičak za suhe ostatke bude dobro postavljen u kućištu
predviđenom za tu svrhu na lteru (slika 1).
Prije upotrebe aparata, temeljito operite namirnice.
Najprije pripremite svu količinu sastojaka za presovanje. Većinu voća i povrća nije neophodno
guliti niti im vaditi sjemenke. Ogulite samo sastojke s debljom korom (južno voće, lubenice,
marakuje...). Izvadite tvrde košpice (breskve, kajsije, mango...) i jezgru ananasa.
Prethodno izrežite namirnice koje ne mogu proći kroz otvor za punjenje.
Postavite bokal (N) ispod otvora za sok (J), a drugi bokal (N) ispod otvora za suhe ostatke (K)
(slika 8).
Ako sok ima u sebi pjene, možete upotrijebiti separator pjene (O), koga treba postaviti u bokal
koji se nalazi ispod otvora za sok (J) (slika 9).
Pritisnite tipku za uključivanje/isključivanje (M) da bi aparat počeo raditi, postavite komade u
