5- Pange puu- ja köögivilju seadmesse järgemööda. Lisage järgmine ports
alles siis, kui eelmine on töödeldud.
Edukamaks mahla valmistamiseks töödelge madala kiudainesisaldusega
puu- ja köögivilju, nt. porgandid, koos kiudainerikaste puu- ja
köögiviljadega, nt. seller.
Porganditest mahla valmistamisel lõigake iga porgand pikkupidi neljaks.
Kauem seisnud puu- ja köögiviljade veesisaldus on madalam, seega
tuleb nendest vähem mahla.
Kui valmistate mahla mitmeid päevi külmkapis seisnud puu- ja
köögiviljadest, siis pange nad enne mahla valmistamist vette ja laske
neil piisavalt vett sisse imada.
Kudzu, suhkruroog ning teised puu- ja köögiviljad, millel on eriliselt
tugevad kiud, ei ole mahla valmistamiseks sobivad.
Ärge kasutage selles seadmes jääd.
Ärge kasutage seadet kõrge õlisisaldusega puu- ja köögiviljadest mahla
valmistamiseks.
Banaanid, pehmed mangod ning teised puu- ja köögiviljad, mis on
pehmed ja pudrused, ei sobi hästi selle seadmega mahla valmistamiseks.
Edukamaks mahla valmistamiseks töödelge kõrge suhkrusisaldusega
koostisaineid koos kõrge veesisaldusega kõvade puuviljadega. Nt. õunu
võib töödelda koos pirnidega. Lisaks mahlale uue maitse andmisele
muudate ka mahla valmistamise efektiivsemaks. Õunte, pirnide ja teiste
pehmete seemnetega puuviljade puhul ei pea seemneid enne mahla
valmistamist eemaldama.
6- Pärast kasutamist on soovitatav seade kiiresti puhastada, et
vältida kuivanud toiduainete kogunemist tarvikutele. Puhastamise
lihtsustamiseks saate loputada seadet, valades klaasi vett seadme
töötamise ajal läbi toitetoru.
