YOGURT AGLI SCIROPPI
1 litro di latte, 1 yogurt naturale o
1 bustina di fermento.
sciroppi di frutta (granatina,
arancia, ribes nero, limone,
mandarino, fragola, ribes,
orzata,
lampone, fragola di
bosco, banana, mirtillo,
ciliegia...): 5 cucchiai.
sciroppi di fiori (rosa, viola,
gelsomino, sandalo): 4
cucchiai.
sciroppo di menta: 4 cucchiai.
Versare lo yogurt o il contenuto della
bustina di fermento in un recipiente.
Aggiungervi lo sciroppo e versarvi
poco a poco il latte non smettendo
di mescolare la preparazione con
una forchetta. Versare la miscela nei
vasetti e metterli nella yogurtiera
(8 ore)
.
YOGURT ALLA FRUTTA COTTA
YOGURT ALLA MARMELLATA
1 litro di latte, 1 yogurt naturale o
1 bustina di fermento, 4 cucchiai di
una marmellata non troppo densa
e contenente piccole bacche o
piccoli pezzetti di frutta: mirtilli
rossi, mirtilli, rabarbaro, zenzero,
fragole, marmellata di arance.
Sbattere la marmellata con un po’ di
latte. Aggiungere lo yogurt o il
fermento. Mescolare bene, poi
versare il resto del latte.
Versare la miscela nei vasetti e
metterli nella yogurtiera
(8 ore)
.
Variante: se si vuole fare uno yogurt
a due strati, basta mettere sul fondo
dei vasetti della marmellata. Versare
poi accuratamente la miscela
latte/yogurt o latte/fermento nei
vasetti. Metterli poi nella yogurtiera
(8 ore)
.
