JOGHURT MIT VANILLE
70 cl Vollmilch, 20 g
halbentrahmtes Milchpulver, 1
Naturjoghurt oder
1 Päckchen Ferment, 80 g Zucker,
30cl flüssige Sahne, 1 Vanilleschote.
Machen Sie die Sahne warm und
geben Sie die Vanille und den
Zucker dazu. Vermischen Sie das
Ganze gut; der Zucker muss
zergehen und die Vanillekörnchen
müssen sich gut verteilen. Beiseite
stellen. Ziehen Sie die Milch nach
und nach unter den Joghurt (oder
das Ferment). Gießen Sie die Sahne
unter ständigem Rühren in die
Milch/Joghurt oder Milch/Ferment
Mischung und ziehen Sie das
Milchpulver unter.
Gießen Sie die Mischung in die
Gläschen und stellen Sie diese in
das Gerät (8 Stunden).
 
