réparer la marinade dans un plat creux puis ajouter la viande et la laisser mariner pendant 30 min.
Lorsque la marinade est terminée, égoutter la viande.
Faire chauffer l'huile dans le Wok, th. 5 et mettre à rissoler la viande. Poudrer de sucre puis ajou-
ter le saké et la sauce de soja. Laisser ensuite mijoter 3 min., th. 4 et servir chaud.

eng alle ingrediënten voor de marinade in een ruime kom met hoge rand en schep daar het
vlees door. Laat het vlees 30 min. marineren. Laat het vlees daarna uitlekken.
Verhit de olie in de Wok op stand 5 en bak hierin de reepjes vlees bruin. Bestrooi het vlees met
de poedersuiker en voeg dan de saké, en de ketjap toe. Meng alles goed, zet de Wok op stand
4 en verwarm het gerecht nog gedurende 3 min.

arinade in einer Schüssel zubereiten, Fleisch 30 Min. hineinlegen. Fleisch abtropfen lassen.
Im Wok Öl auf Position 5 erhitzen, Fleisch anbraten, mit Zucker bestreuen, dann den Sake
und die Sojasauce darübergießen. 3 Min. auf Position 4 schmoren lassen und warm servieren.
