aire chauffer l’huile dans le Wok, th. 5 et mettre à revenir les morceaux d’agneau. Ajouter les
carottes, les navets et les oignons coupés en petits dés. Saler, poivrer, mélanger et laisser rissoler
5 min., th. 5. Ajouter les tomates en quartiers et le jus de citron, couvrir et faire mijoter 1 h 45,
th. 3. Au bout de ce temps, ajouter les raisins qui auront été trempés 30 min. dans un bol d’eau
chaude et poursuivre la cuisson 45 min., th. 3.

erhit de olie in de Wok op stand 5 en bak hierin het vlees bruin. Snij de wortels, de koolraap
en de uien in kleine blokjes en voeg deze toe. Breng op smaak met zout en peper, schep
alles goed om en bak alles 5 min. op stand 5. Snij de tomaten in vieren en voeg deze samen
met het citroensap toe. Plaats het deksel op de Wok en laat het gerecht 1 h 45 sudderen op
stand 3. Week de krenten 30 min. in een kommetje warm water, voeg ze toe en laat het gerecht
vervolgens nog 45 min. zacht koken op stand 3.

as Öl im Wok auf Position 5 erhitzen und die Lammstücke anbraten. Die gewürfelten
Karotten, Rüben und Zwiebeln hinzugeben. Salzen, pfeffern, vermischen und 5 Min. auf
Position 5 bräunen lassen. Die geviertelten Tomaten und den Zitronensaft hinzugeben, zudecken
und 1 h 45, auf Position 3 schmoren lassen. Dann die zuvor 30 Min. in warmem Wasser
eingeweichten Rosinen hinzufügen und weitere 45 Min. auf Position 3 kochen lassen.
