Slani kolač
Sastojci: 200 g brašna, 4 jaja 1 vrećica (11 g) praška za pecivo, 100 ml
hladnog mlijeka, 50 ml maslinovog ulja, 12 sušenih paradajza, 200 g- feta
sira, 15 sjeckanih zelenih maslina bez košpica, sol, papar.
Unaprijed zagrijte pećnicu na 180°C. Nauljite i pobrašnite kalup za kolač. U
posudu dodajte brašno, jaja i kvasac. Stavite mikser i poklopac na mjesto.
Počnite sa brzinom 1 a zatim povećajte na brzinu 4. Dodajte maslinovo
ulje i mlijeko, a ostavljajući aparat da radi 1 min i 30 s. Prebacite na brzinu
1. i dodajte sušeni paradajz, feta sir i masline. Dodajte sol i biber. Ulijte
smjesu u posudu i pecite 30 do 40 minuta.
Majoneza
Sastojci: 1 žumanjak, 1 kašika senfa, 1 čajna kaščica sirćeta, 250 ml ulja,
sol, papar.
Upozorenje: svi sastojci moraju biti na sobnoj temperaturi.
U posudu stavite sve sastojke osim ulja. Stavite lopaticu za miješanje i
poklopac na mjesto. Počnite sa brzinom 1 i počnite sipati tanki mlaz ulja.
Nakon 10 sek. pređite na brzinu 7 i nastavite polako sipati ulje. Kad sve
uspete, pustite da radi još 30 sek.
Zabilješka: Držite u frižideru i upotrijebite u roku od 24 sata.
Krema chantilly
Sastojci: 250 ml svježeg, veoma hladnog šlaga, 50 g. glazure šećera.
Stavite u posudu šlag i glazuru šećera. Stavite lopaticu za miješanje i
poklopac na mjesto. Pustite da radi na brzini 4 tokom 2 minute, zatim
prebacite na brzinu 7 tokom 1 min i 30 sek.
