Grelhados
Coloque no aparelho as placas próprias para grelhados (consoante o
modelo).
Coloque a carne sobre as placas.
Volte a fechar o aparelho e deixe a carne cozinhar de acordo com o
tempo indicado na receita e consoante o seu gosto.
Frango grelhado “cordon bleu”
• 2 peitos de frango • 1 fatia de fiambre • 2 fatias de queijo suíço • 1 colher de sopa
de azeite • 1 colher de sopa de mostarda de Dijon • 1/2 pé de tomilho seco
Aqueça previamente o grelhador. Faça uma incisão em cada peito de frango.
Dobre as fatias de queijo de modo a ficarem com um tamanho
suficientemente pequeno para caberem na incisão. Embrulhe o queijo no
fiambre e coloque este preparado nas incisões. Misture o azeite, a mostarda
e o tomilho numa taça pequena e unte os peitos de frango dos dois lados.
Grelhe os peitos de frango durante cerca de 7 minutos ou até ficarem
grelhados. Receita para 2 doses.
Espetadas de camarão com alho
• 250 gr de camarões médios descascados • 2 colheres de sopa de azeite • 2 dentes
de alho cortados em fatias finas • 1/2 colher de chá de pimentão moído • 1 colher
de sopa de salsa picada • sal e pimenta q.b. • 12 a 15 tomates-cereja • 2 rodelas de
limão
Aqueça previamente o grelhador. Numa taça, misture os camarões, o
azeite, o pimentão e a salsa; tempere com sal e pimenta. Deixe a mistura
repousar durante 20 minutos. Espete os camarões num espeto pequeno
de bambu, juntando-lhes 3 tomates-cereja. Grelhe durante 5 minutos ou
até ficar a seu gosto. Sirva com rodelas de limão fresco e tostas. Receita
para 2 doses.
